Description

Civida is seeking qualified suppliers for furnace and duct cleaning services for a multitude of properties, comprising of apartments and townhouses (2023 Civida Managed Properties - Google My Maps). These services will be required on an as and where needed basis upon the request of Civida. These requests will be issued through a Work Order sent by the property management team for their respective property district.

It is Civida's intent to enter into contract with multiple respondents for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of Civida to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of up to twelve (12) months each.
